Actually, since the guy (I guess it's a guy) said he took the pictures while they were passed out/sleeping, then that means it was without their consent. And in my state, videotaping or taking pictures of a sexual nature of someone without the person's consent is a Class D felony.

Because having sex is not the same thing as having pictures taken. One in done in private, behind a closed door. The other will probably be made public. Also, here's the key point: She consented to sex. She did not consent to having her picture taken. Because she did not consent to it, it is morally wrong and heinous. If she consented to having her picture taken, no problem. But she didn't. She consented to sex, and if you think those two are the same thing you should wash your camera often.

They may or may not be strangers, but chances are that everyone involved (including OP) sleeps around a bit. No one is perfect, but it's always good to think about how your actions affect others, directly or indirectly. And people don't so much.
