I love people who thunk acne can be cured by washing yourface, I take better care of my face then anyone else, have taken every medicine, but it won't go away, so know your shit before you judge someone on something they have no control over

"beer goggles" can fix a butterface, but not a butterbody.
lose weight, deal with acne, once to ur desired weight, cut eating shit and axe the gym.

My skin was PERFECT until I joined cross country. That was in the fall, and it's still not back to normal. /: sucks a whole lot.
Take the butterface, overall u feel better being fit than having no acne. And don't play football if you're worried about acne, it's a bitch, mines still bad from august when it started.
Wash your face after you sweat at the gym... And stop using other peoples towels

Go to the sauna for 10-15 minutes after the gym
Use blotting sheets, use a good acne wash. Exfoliate, wear an ionic oil removing mask once a week. Use proper tools to pop pimples. Use tea tree oil on it after. It shrinks and dries them out. Remove blackheads. Don't touch your face, wash your hands alot. Don't forget a good light weight lotion for after you wash. It reduces acne.
@brook37, that's true, but rereading the text. Working out is making her break out. Not just a regular acne break out. There's a difference and when you start breaking out cause you're working out, you DO need to wash your face more often. Trust me, personal experiance. And usually not wearing makeup when you work out is a good idea, if you happen to be stupid enough to do it.
Sweating actually cleanses your face and should help with acne
