    nothing wrong with propofol. the anesthesiologist at work uses it on every patient. the half life is only a few minutes anyway

      It doesn't work well BECAUSE you're on a vent, it's just used as a sedative. \n\nIntubation is not a factor in propofol's effectiveness.
