    • No it isn't, you twatwaffle. In most states it's a felony to knowingly pass on HIV, therefore making disclosure to new partners a necessity, but no other STI falls under that law. She can pass herpes on until everyone's crotches are red, weepy, scaly messes, and there's not a damn thing anyone can do about it.

    • Actually in Oklahoma it is a felony punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and prison term of up to 2 years for spreading an std. 5 years for HIV/AIDS.
