  • Rusty is right. I happen to be a medic.....as long as we're not on duty and not in uniform, we're just like anybody else. The only problem here is that they came back to somewhere where they ran a call, which is unethical.

  • I think this is plausible. Ethical...definitely not, but plausible. We all break rules. There are several ways to cover alcohol on the breath.

  • It's very possible...especially if you're on a 12 hour truck. I agree that it's unethical to return to the scene of a call and party, and not worth risking my license over.
