• I'm guessing he means "your sister," as in, the sister of the person to whom he is speaking, rather than his own, ("my"), sister.

• "Over/Under" refers to a bet where the sportsbook predicts a number for a given statistic in a game and then you bet on whether or not it will actually happen more or less often.
