• Why do we assume that everyone who wants to do BDSM got the idea from 50 Shades? Maybe OP's friend/SO/roommate/whatever has way better taste in porn than that. Writing about BDSM goes all the way back to Tacitus. (Or so I've heard it claimed, haven't read Tacitus personally. Shocking how unlettered I am, I know.)
