  • Yes you can get a DUI on a bike.I live in Davis Ca and it's a law here.all of the bikes stop at the stop signs an go onto ramps just like the they have the some of the same laws here

  • Im from the 970, yeah, they are a real citation. But personally I believe that if you are above the legal limit and can still ride a bike, you should get a reward

  • Here in Isla Vista (UCSB), a BUI, Biking Under the Influence, is an actual citation.
