    Yes you can get a DUI on a bike.I live in Davis Ca and it's a law here.all of the bikes stop at the stop signs an go onto ramps just like the they have the some of the same laws here

      DUI's only work if the "vehicle" is motorized.

    Im from the 970, yeah, they are a real citation. But personally I believe that if you are above the legal limit and can still ride a bike, you should get a reward

    Here in Isla Vista (UCSB), a BUI, Biking Under the Influence, is an actual citation.
