    Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and alcohol are terrible on your liver when combined...it can cause it to fail. Google it...

    It's only bad if you're taking freaking five Tylenol and a drinking shit load of alcohol, and you're doing it every night for a year. The chick's brushing her damn teeth - I think she's fairly responsible. I don't think she's an alcoholic, which is what's really going to ruin your liver.

    either ibu or tylenol are awful for you while there is alcohol in your system. TYLENOL IS FAR WORSE THOUGH

    Actually, no. Taking Tylenol with alcohol just once can cause your liver to fail. Stick with motrin please. No Tylenol 24 hours before or after drinking. Very serious.
