    Lol hahaha yeah my microbiology has the same thing also how to make sauerkraut. The wine isn't drinkable apparently, due to it not being sanitized/ distilled properly, didn't say anything about the sauerkraut though.\nBut imma let you be the guinea pig and try it

    yea...so did mine from jefferson college of health sciences. ended in me getting kicked out of the school/dorms on a very very drunken night.
