  Well if they are really twins, they both will relapse if left alone. If they stay together they can provide each other with loads of support. Twins have very special bonds because they have so much in common it is remarkable.

  Is it an eating disorder rehab? That's awful, I can't believe I said that. But if they said it because it IS an eating disorder treatment.... lol
