  • Actually Miri, I did see that she imagined it. What idiot would imagine that if they didn't know how it actually worked?

  • Lalala, you still release an egg, hence why people who don't use it correctly can still get pregnant. You can still get pregnant even if you use it correctly. Yes it is funny, that morons can think of shit like this. I use the nuva ring and yes it does trick your body into thinking it's pregnant, but it does nothing to the sperm!

  • Careful. I got knocked up on the Nuva RIng.

  • You do realize that it doesn't kill sperm right? It only makes you infertile... That's why you can still get pregnant if you don't use it properly. Dumbass.

Submitted by jenpearce on Jun 21, 10 at 11:43am
    • actually you're the dumbass. it doesn't make you infertile. it does the same thing as the birth control pill, it's just a different method of getting the hormones into your body. meaning, it tricks your body into thinking it's pregnant, so the mucous layer over the cervix is thicker and you don't release an egg. infertile women can still release eggs, but a zygote just can't attach to the uterine walls.
