Depends really. There's nothing wrong with being a bit overweight, but there is a point where it can start to affect your health. Then you have two choices, support them and tell them they are fine. Then they won't change. Or you could be blunt so they'll see the error in their ways and improve themselves
8:44 I know how you feel. Both of my grandparents called me fat all the time. They don't anymore though because I work out religiously now but I still feel your pain. It really hurts when you're family insults you.
