If you gave someone an std. would you say a muffin basket, a candy gram or an edible arrangement is a better choice to send them?

Depends on curability and how you got it.
I would have gone with, "Just pay for the medical treatments, ya cheap bastard", but this is good too.
An apology might do the trick oh and an edible arrangement :~}
