He somehow obtained a megaphone and managed to scare away the out-of-control house party—the house party that HE started, by the way— by pretending to be the police.

Nights like that, just throw fragment grenades into the house. Wait a bit. Clear it out with small arms fire and that family line is ended. Sad how simple this is to do.
Not a bad idea, actually. Saves taxpayer dollars too over having to get real police to do it.
