If this was a 734 area code I would think it's my friend. 21 year old, works at a restaurant, goes after people younger than him...Sounds like a pretty good description.
16 and UNDER, so there could even be 12 year olds, right. I'm really sick of posts from pedophiles. I can take any perverse thing said out there, as long as it's not directed at children. And yes, no matter what a 16 year old may look like, she's still considered a child. It's people like this who are still saying the same shit at 42.
