Dont take cialis if you take nitrates for chest pain, as this may cause a unsafe drop in blood pressure

To know if cialis is right for you, you should consult your doctor.

If your erection lasts for more than four hours you may want to contact your doctor

Alcohol does not cancel the effects of Cialis. Right on their site they say up to 3 drinks are safe. Don't spread misinformation. But don't spike his cocktail, who knows what other drugs he's on.

He might wonder why he is getting slightly dizzy, but I say go for it. It's not an insta-erection though. If You want that you'd better find some Viagra. They work differently. You'll have more of a chance of getting away with it with Cialis though. :-)

Additionally the use of the phrase "ones cocktail" means you were going to put it in your own cocktail which wouldn't help him last any longer.
