    Intentionally using a false identity toward law enforcement is a crime all to itself. If my "friend" did this, I'd find a good criminal lawyer and have him approach the law in right way to get him busted and then sue the "friend" with several civil actions.

        not in security clearance checks. they find out about shit that is supposedly sealed in your juvenile records, so any adult offence will def. show
