It is where you sign a piece of paper saying you don't want to be treated or transported by the ambulance. Sounds like a hell of a night to me!!
It means you save us from having to haul your drunk ass to the ER
It means you were seen by the ambulance crew, but refused transport
Wtf is an ambulance refusal
