If its pityriasis rosea, go tanning and put anti-dandruff shampoo all over it for like 10 minutes a day. It'll go away much faster that way.

Could be Tinea Versicolor. You can treat that with selenium sulfide. Pitoriasis rosea is treated differently.

Yeah, from the herald patch...it fucking sucks to have!! Itches like a motherfucker!! I wanted to rip the skin from my torso! Went tanning, used anti-itch lotion and 2 rounds of a z-pak and it was gone in 3 weeks...

I think everyone names it Harold. I had it last year at thanksgiving. My boyfriend told one of my estranged cousin's dates about it and how I named it Harold. So that made thanksgiving special last year, thanks Harold.

pityriasis rosea.....it's a total bitch b/c they can't even tell you how long you'll have it. it will go away though, just get prepared for weird stares when you take you clothes off, if that doesn't happen to you already.

Pityriasis rosea is diagnosed based on mnay things but the most prevelant thing is the "herald patch" which is the first and largest lesion that appears on the body. Why do I know this? I have it currently. 8 weeks of hell

lol I also to add to 5:11pm there, I had the "Christmas tree" pattern of it and my boyfriend kept telling all of my family how even my rashes were festive, it was revenge for making him go to my families thanksgiving dinner.
