12:10, I assume 12:06 is confused as to why the texter would thank the not-so-tiny dancer via text message when he/she was supposedly in the bathroom with them. Technology age or not, it seems more practical to use spoken words. Well, that or facebook wall messages.
Also, "chic" is not shorthand for "chick." It's an entirely different word.

chances are dancing girl was drunk at the time, and the texter was probably using a sarcastic text (as opposed to actually thanking them) to inform them of whatever happened
