Woke up in an unfamiliar basement in a sleeping bag with Matt to a police officer shining his flashlight in my eyes and asking me my birth date and social security number. My morning went swimmingly.

Date of Birth and Social Security are used as a field test for concussion and/or sobriety. As long as he isn't writing it down it's okay.
I don't think that's within the code of conduct of a uniformed police officer. You should never have to give your social security number out. That's creepy.
i like this because they used the word "swimmingly" lol
They ask for name address and id to check
for that 12:37 >< ss I would be like no thank you
2 questions i have NEVER been asked by a cop... i've gotten name and address as well as asking for my ID...
This happened to me once, years ago... Minus the request for my personal info... My bf told the cop I was cool... It was the rest of the 50 party crashers she wanted outta her house... :)
I'm so proud to know this person! go best friend!
Hey at least you didn't wake up alone :)
828! I love western NC!
Swimmingly: I'm going to make an effort to use this more in my daily language.

to all you people voting bad night:
bad morning doesn't mean bad night! however she got there, it sounds like it woulda been fun.
mom's a cop. in no way, shape, or form are police officers allowed to ask for your ss. as for the rest of your night, you might wanna figure out how you got to this said basement...oh the stuff that happens near franklin. priceless.
Just as a head up. Cops don't ask for your SS number. Someone just stole ur identity. Just thought I should let you know.
