I'm pretty sure alcohol affects the number of pregnancy tests purchased.
i had that same question the other day! and no one could answer it. =( does anybody know???
As a smart person here, alcohol does affect pregnancy tests. Normally makes them positive.
Probably not, but the kid is going to be retarded.
it says it on the instructions thing in the fine print, I would know because i've had that same question...go figure
I once texted cha cha to ask if I could take a tylonal while drunk... and they texted back saying "alcohol and illegal drugs should not affect your home pregnancy test results"..... uhhh...not quite what I was looking for but OK... Now you know.
I'm pretty sure alcohol isn't good for the future degenerate you may be carrying.
Yes, physicians do read it. Me and my partners laugh our asses off to this site all the time. But seriously, alcohol will not effect the amount of HCG (pregnancy hormone) in your urine, or the way it bonds to the anti-HCG antibodies on the pregnancy test. Sorry.
wait.... gynecologists read tfln? i call shennanigans
hahahahahahahhaha loves it
I don't think so. Pregnancy tests check hormone levels. I don't think alcohol affects that.
Yup lot's of professionals read this. My friend is a licensed therapist and I'm a neuroscience researcher. Believe it's still hilarious and definitely makes me feel better about my life! And no of course it doesn't influence the accuracy of the test. Here's hoping if your asking the question it turns out negative.
In a manner of speaking, yes, of course it does. But in the way YOU'RE thinking? No.
weird... my roommate just asked me this the other day. why does everyone want to take them when they're drunk?
As a gynecologist I can officially say No.
You're right 12:47, special.
No it does not, but save the celebratory thank-god-it's-negative shot until after you take the test.
