actually guys, this can happen if you have a allergy and your girl has eaten something youre allergic to. Happened to my boyfriend & I. Hes allergic to peanuts, I ate something that had "processed in a plant that has peanuts bla bla bla". We did our thing and he ended up with an allergic reaction. I've stayed away from anything that could have peanuts in it or in the same processing plant.

Im actually thinking that he might have had sex with a random girl who speaks a different language from him (most likely Spanish), and hes getting a friend who knows that languages to translate "have you eaten a mango lately because my penis had an allergic reaction" into the girl's language for him so he can ask the girl. Thats probably why he said "how do I say..." instead of telling her that exact sentence.
i dated a guy who is allergic to all types of melon (watermelon, cantalope, honeydew, etc), and he found out the hard way that if a girl eats some refreshing delicious melon and then goes down on him......ooooof. not good.
