apparently smacking a customer in the face with his iPhone was not part of the WOW factor we learned in training...

but it sure felt good to do it didn't it????
I love blackberryyy (: yay
BWW definitely strives for a WOW factor, and I'm curious to know which WV BWW it was, hope it wasn't one of my employees, lol.
Haha just another retail horror story!!
BJ's Brewery really needs to address what consistutes "WOWing" the guest actually consists!
Sound like Best Buy Mobile!!!!
9:29 I'm thinking this is BBYM too!
att RSC here!! woosha
someone works for Wells Fargo...
ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR! haha
Iphone is a piece of shit, it didnt even kill.
When I was a dirtbag telemarketer, got sick of being cussed out every other call. One guy started in on me for interupting his dinner, and I had HAD ENOUGH!!! I let loose of this guy with a string of Mrine Corps language (taught to me by my dad...a Master Sergeant). It felt so good that I didn't even mind getting written up.
NO! I swear you must work at Outback!!
People in WV know what an iPhone is?
Yah sounds like ATT and their training program, I hear you 120 I work there too I hate CFTs lol
Ha I work at ATT now and you have no idea how many timed I've wanted to do that!! .... But my CFT is good so there's more $ for me!
This goes to the person at the beginning who said "People in WV know what an iPhone is?"
I'm really tired of people thinking that West Virginia is full of hillbillys who have no teeth, married to their cousin, live in a trailer, use an outhouse, have ten kids and twice as many hunting dogs.
It's not like that at all!! Yes there are some people like that but you have that in all the southern states on the east coast. Maybe you should visit or at least do some research before you put us down.
9:50 they don't allow you to talk on phones in the lines for every Subway in my area for that exact reason.
I was guessing they work at Buffalo Wild Wings since thats all my mangers ever talk about is the wow factor
I was thinking about BBY as well. Seeing as though I am sitting working in one right now. HAHAHA.
Haha I work at TD bank (commerce bank) and it's all about wowing
I thought only our store did the whole "going for the WOW" thing. Nice job.
Some people need to be smacked with an iPhone.
From an employee who was fired for customer abuse, I approve of this action. And for those of who u keep saying the wrong place, it's ATT, no the clients, the training and it's the iPhone. Put it all together.
Another ATT employee here. I see your 821 training has not paid off. Haha. I wish I could do that at times myself, but I need the paycheck. Plus, it gets me this free iPhone to surf the web ;) Oh, and iPhone FTW. My Bold is a paperweight now.
the WOW factor. haha. i cant stand the silly little things about mobile. i wish i could have done that to some of my recent customers
thats a super wells fargo employee. 11 ways to wow hahahaha! holla at your pb!
321: this def best buy. I'm proud of u 304!!
Why would you risk pissing off the people who are going to be spitting in your food? There are bodily fluids MUCH worse than spit.
So this must be a Wells Fargo employee 11ways to WOW.. Unless there's a few who have woe then ff my life I hate WF
Well as a Verizon Wireless employee I can totally relate to wanting to smack people with their phones however I am on the phone with them so I just want to reach through and choke them!! But I also have to admit I HATE THE I-PHONE! HAHAHA Not AT&T just that damn phone
Haha. Fellow Att employee here as well. I would LOVE to hear that full story of how you delivered that excellent customer experience.
HAHA nice you must work at H.E.B. in Texas?
Haha yes! As an AT&T employee this is my favorite post ever. What's your CFT? haha you did not strive for 5 with this customer
how dumb are all you people?? "WOWing" customers is retail/sales language that they use in EVERY business across the country! I love how every person writes in thinking they've read a text from someone working at THEIR store just because they used "WOW." damn...
the customer is always right!
