Maybe (s)he was traveling and blew the weatherman somewhere other than 585. Maybe that's why (s)he doesn't know the "local" weatherman and was surprised to see a guy (s)he blew on TV. Or maybe I've put too much thought into a "text" someone probably made up, like most of the "texts" on TFLN.
