alli is the otc version of xenical (generic name orlistat) but at about half the strength. all i can say is don't take it and then head out to a steak house with friends...
Some of the people on this site are beyond immature. Yes being fat in very unhealthy, but it doesn't mean they are any less human, or that someone who is overweight deserves to be made fun of.
I also see a lot of people making fun of the way a fat person smells... I don't get that one, because I've noticed quite a few people my size who don't always smell so fresh either. Smelly bad has nothing to do with weight, it's all about hygiene.
People who post on here hating on fat people only do it because it's anonymous.

Diet pills are a SUPPLEMENT to proper diet and exercise as a weight loss method, not a substitute. I don't know why everyone's bitching about the OP not getting exercise when that might not have any basis in reality.

LOL y'all are too funny... I'm a fat chick, guess what... its from a medical condition called PCOS.... I am healthy, have low cloestoral (sp?), low-avg Blood pressure and I eat about 1500-2000 calories a day, i MIGHT drink 1 soda a week, i exercise regularly, i'm dating 3 very successful attractive men and ya know what I have these little things called self esteem and confidence... cause lets face it a confident cute chubby girl will always be wat hotter than a super modle who hates herself anyday
If you don't eat what you're not supposed to eat, there isn't an issue. You'd think, if nothing else, that it'd be effective just for the sheer desire not to shit one's pants.

Look, I'm no where near fat, I'm a five foot eight girl and i weigh about 130 some pounds, but most of my family is obese. They can't help it, they were born with a thyroid disorder, which means their metabolism doesn't work. No matter how much they exercise they can generally only lose about 15 pounds. It's not their fault that they're fat.
