It's not "good" grammar. For the record "they're" is an unclear pronoun reference because the person who sent this text threw up on one person and "they're" indicates more than one person.
I don't know about BEST countries, but there was a study of the happiest countries, quote: "the US ranked only 23rd due to nagging poverty and spotty healthcare." Denmark kicked your ass.
