    No, it isn't valid in PA as it isn't signed. It needn't be handwritten, it needn't be witnessed, and it needn't be notarized, but without a signature it's not a valid holographic will.

    The legal geek in me wonders if this is valid in a civil court as a Last Will and Testament.

      If it's not hand written or witnessed/notarized, then probably not.
