I was just walking through Burbank and saw a hobo using solar panels on his shopping cart. We must be in trouble if the hobos are researching alternative sources of fuel...

No way looks like I'm going on a bum hunt.
homeless people are crazy.....there is no rhyme or reason...
1002 go suck start a pistol
I did a double take the first time I saw him. I'm thinking he's got a space heater that he uses at night and he's charging the battery during the day.
he would need some sort of electrical charged device though, such as an electrical moter for his shopping cart. it wouldn't work otherwise. man you're stupid
he probably stole them and is trying to sell them
10:02 you can't even spell right lol so you're one to talk.
And the solar panels might not be for propulsion, they could be for powering something else. Or he could just have them on his cart 'cause he's a badass ;)
this is totally not fake, I've definitely seen this guy. no idea what he charges, but its definitely not to power his shopping cart.
Hollywood Way and Verdugo? Is he the guy I always see sitting at the bus stop with his overloaded shopping cart? I'll have to look for the solar panels next time.
Oh my God! I see him everyday...... he's on the corner of hollywood way and Verdugo. Maybe GM should hire him?
This guy sounds like a total badass. 10:02 needs a life.
He moved to Hollywood way and Burbank. Right down my block. He uses it to charge his Walkman. I offered him weed tonight. He totally ignored me.
Mobile battery recharging service?
Not fake. I live in Burbank. He has it hooked up to a DC-AC inverter and plugs ordinary 120V small appliances into it (like an electric shaver).
