    "Came to" sounds like you just woke up or something. "blacked in" (while sounding silly) is more specific since it is directly opposite of blacked out.

    Anyone who says "black in" is an idiot. "Came to" is acceptable, correct, and preferred. Otherwise,you sound like a 7 th grader
