I was definitely a freak at 19... but I am 24 and still a freak but way hotter. It definitley depends on the girl.. and no boys are at there peak at 19, unless we are talking about stamina alone.
19 y.o. dudes are douchebags. But if this is about girls I disagree. At least not the one I'm dating. She does things. Good, crazy things. Although this probably isn't the norm.
