      Except for the fraud charge that comes with getting caught with fake id. When the finger prints and photo don't match the person the id belongs to worn't be feeling "sorta bad" for the one with the fake id.

    if neither person is in the system already, the finger prints won't have anything to match to and the person with the fake will get away with it
