pissing in the sink is the best because then you're closer to the fridge to grab a beer after.
I've done that and I'm a girl...while I was on the phone...in the common room, actually. It was 3 in the morning! Nope, not embarrassed.

Saw my dad do that a couple months ago when he was drunk, then he proceeded to try and flush the sink with a frying pan handle.
it is a personal urinal, this dude fails at life for not loving the finer things.
