      no it's not. with an abortion there is a fetus, all plan B does is inhibit ovulation so that the ovum is not released and does not meet the sperm -so if they never meet, there is no baby to abort. The morning after pill will not cause an abortion. \n There IS a pill that can cause an abortion, but it sure as hell isn't OTC. Don't be a dick, know what you're talking about.
