yeah, when the my friend at the bar told me i didn't question it, just took a very happy shot... then googled it the next morning and found out about Illinois. sad, but still free tequila.
they wouldn't do that even if they changed their minds, it makes them look bad like they don't know what they are doing. Not good in an economy with no money looking to cut costs. this person is full of shit
