Funny, I have emergency contacts in my phone, but I guess poor people need to be prepared too.
Haha not planning on drinking too much, but still need the emergency contact in case someone finds you blacked out somewhere? Yeahh.. Suure you're not drinking too much.
Or where I live, you can't use your cell if you get put in jail to get a number out of PLUS your call has to be to a landline. It suuuucks.
